	Stop worrying about trying to read the brackets handed in by your members. All brackets are filled online giving the user total control over the process while you sit back and wait for all your participants to submit their picks. Each participant you invite to join your online basketball pool will be given some simple instructions. You will provide them with the JourneytotheTourney.com website, give them your unique tournament ID# and password and that's it. Users create an account for your tournament so that they can make their picks online anytime, 24 hours a day. Users can even log back in and make changes to their picks right up until the tournament "locks" just before tip-off of the first game (Thursday, at 12:00 noon). 	Your tournament director's administration area has a Director's Mail Notification section with prewritten e-mails that will allow you to edit and send personalized "Join My Pool", "Refer Other Tournament Directors", "Make Your Selections", "Round-by-Round Updates" and "Thanks for Participating" e-mails to all of your participants, with just a few mouse clicks! You decide how many updates you would like to send to your users. "Cinderella" and "Hall of Fame" director account holders can also use this system to remind past participants during the year of the new upcoming basketball pool as well as recruit new memberships. This system alone separates Journey to the Tourney from all other online pools!
	As the director you have the option to control the amount of points awarded to users for each correct pick in each round. You can even add an option for participants to gain additional points by taking the correct pick's winning seed number and multiplying it by, or adding it to, the current point value for that round. Just think how many points would have been awarded to those who picked George Mason last season with this feature added! We believe this option alone will create more thought, excitement and interest in your online pool. Let's face it...anyone can pick all #1 seeds to get to the Final Four. 	When you do not want to award several first place prizes, you can limit that logjam by having your users pick a total points number they feel will be scored by both teams combined in the championship game. Closest to the correct number of actual points scored breaks the tiebreaker! Or perhaps closest to actual number without going over, wins! The Director decides how the tiebreaker value will be used.
	Forget about getting "revisions" handed to you everyday from "uncertain" participants that just watched Sportscenter. No more headaches as they control their own selection process online, anytime, right up until the system "locks" just before tip-off of the first game. You also can select an option in your Director's pool setup area that will allow your users to submit anywhere from 1 to 4 brackets. Director's area contains section that will allow you to submit contest criteria (i.e. projected amount of members, donation amount, admin. costs (by % or $), 1st through 10th place (and last place) prize amounts by %, and will then generate a detailed prize report. You may then copy and paste this report for distribution into any of your e-mail templates in the Mail Notification section of your administration area. 	Each participant in your tourney pool will have a PayPal Donation payment button option in their administration area. If you have a PayPal account, users can easily make "donations" for any amount to your account with their credit card.
