Our software takes all the hard work out of running an office pool and allows you, THE ADMINISTRATOR, the opportunity to enjoy the tournament!

Here's how it works:

Administrator installs software and gets ready for Selection Sunday and the announcement of teams and regions.

Administrator determines pool setup values (how many points per correct pick per round, optional upset pick incentive points, and how many brackets each participant can submit - up to 4).

Administrator adds teams, seedings and regions when tournament field is announced - all with easy mouse clicks - NO TYPING. Every team in college basketball is already included in your software.

Administrator sends tournament data file using their own e-mail account and mailing list (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc) to any and all individuals they would like to add to their pool. If this is the second year using our software, your participants from last season will already be in your database and you can send this tournament data file to them with just a few mouse clicks.

Participant accesses a special page on JourneytotheTourney.com and loads the tournament data file the administrator just sent them. Participant makes picks online and our system sends a special file back to the administrator's e-mail inbox. Participant can also submit picks to the Administrator the old-fashioned way with paper and pen / pencil.

Administrator collects and enters participants either manually or by using our exclusive Easy Form Bracket Submission System and submits participant's pool picks by loading a single file in their software that was sent to them as an attachment by the participant (much easier).

Administrator, after each round (or game), inputs game score results and sends Up-to-the-minute scores and standings to every participant via e-mail. Each participant is already in your software database. One mouse click and every participant receives a personalized update from your Journey to the Tourney Mail Program. No need to even write the e-mail. We do all the work for you! Our system sends a personalized e-mail with current standings and scores of each participant.

Administrator continues this procedure after each round until the tournament is concluded.
